I love working out but even when you love it, it can get boring or stale if you don't have a resource to help you change it up!!!

I turned 40 last year and my body wasn't the same, I had to do something but I hate the gym, didn't feel comfortable there. Then, I found you and I'm finally doing the work! Hi, I’m Kat! I’m a mom of two, a wife, and a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's in Science. My journey with fitness started young—I was a competitive rhythmic gymnast ranked 3rd in the country until a hip injury shifted my focus to swimming and water polo.

After high school, I fell in love with strength training and became a total gym rat. But everything changed when I had my first baby. Stuck at home, feeling out of shape, and needing a way to rebuild my strength, I turned to home workouts.

I used nap times to squeeze in quick workouts and was amazed by the results I saw over time. With consistency and a clean-eating mindset, I not only lost the extra baby weight but became stronger and more toned than ever.

Now, I help other busy women like myself achieve their fitness goals with simple, effective, and short (20 minutes) home workouts that fit into even the craziest schedules. If I can do it, so can you!
